BenchPilot from Shaper Stand 6K96

Paired with the Shaper Origin (Gen1 and Gen2), the BenchPilot automates milling and turns the workstation into a true mini-CNC. Once mounted on the Workstation, or directly on the worktop, the BenchPilot moves the Origin from point A to point B while the tool performs micro-adjustments for effortless milling. This gantry-like system enables a variety of machining: surfaces, edges, inserts, fine engravings, or profiles. Ideal for series production or projects requiring long passes, it requires no programming. The user controls feed rate via a rotary knob and monitors progress on a timer integrated into the Origin. Easy to install and remove, the BenchPilot allows instant switching from fixed CNC mode to handheld mode, simplifying digital fabrication and saving time for craftsmen.

The Fisch Drill Guide Stand 6J46

Equipped with a high-precision recirculating ball guide, the Fisch drill guide offers optimal drilling for craftsmen thanks to a continuous angle adjustment of +/- 60°, a graduated angle scale, and two clamping handles. Its fixed pivot point at the base plate ensures accurate entry points and drilling. Its V-shaped support profile is suitable for centered drilling in profiles, tubes, and round materials, even at an inclined position (+/- 60°). The adjustable longitudinal stop allows flexible setup in four directions for multiple applications. Its positioning bolts serve as lateral, longitudinal, or diagonal stops for precision-centered drilling. Drilling depth: max 200 mm. Maximum drill length: 320 mm. Drill chuck: Ø 1 mm to Ø 13 mm. Maximum drilling diameter: 64 mm. Weight: 4.7 kg
