Good lighting, a helping hand, and all the necessary products at hand... What seems so simple is often the source of unnecessary delays on construction sites. To ensure everything runs smoothly in the future, Ostermann offers a wide range of equipment for workshops and construction sites.

No electricity, no light, or no one to help you? No problem! To help projects on site progress quickly, Ostermann offers numerous practical items that make work easier. To discover the full range, you can visit the "Workshop Products" section at www.ostermann.eu. There you will find many useful products, such as ergonomic trestles, extendable assembly clamps, and covering materials, not to mention items for lighting and power supply. Here, we present some particularly practical aids in detail.

Let there be light: work lights

With the Jaro LED work light with a height-adjustable tripod from Brennenstuhl, we won't leave you working in the dark. It's available with a choice of 1,950, 2,300, or 4,800 lumens and, thanks to its three support tubes, remains stable and sturdy even on uneven ground. It's also approved for outdoor use.

For the corresponding power supply, we offer high-quality cable reels, power strips, and extension cords in our range.

The Third Hand: Extendable Clamps

The Bessey STE extendable clamp is also a useful tool with practical accessories. It can support up to 350 kg and, thanks to its non-slip, continuously rotating contact surfaces, is also suitable for use on inclined surfaces. A handle with a pumping mechanism and quick-release button allows for one-handed operation. We supply the clamps in five different lengths with adjustment ranges from 400 to 3,000 mm. We also offer a suitable construction tripod, a ceiling mount, and a multi-function/laser holder as accessories.

OSTERMANN Systainer Cases: Everything in its Place

No matter what you're taking to the job site, OSTERMANN Systainer cases allow you to transport your tools, consumables, or personal protective equipment safely and efficiently. Available in a variety of sizes, Systainers adapt perfectly to your needs. Accessories such as lids, padding, and storage boxes ensure that the contents stay exactly where they belong during transport. A convenient dolly makes transport easier and can also be used separately.

Portable Edge Banding Dispenser

Any business that repeatedly retrieves rolls of edge banding from stock and applies different colors should consider a portable edge banding dispenser. This versatile solution allows for quick and organized replenishment of edge banding, eliminating the need to retrieve rolls from stock as needed. Originally developed for industrial use, this technology has been adapted and optimized for small and medium-sized craft businesses. Thanks to its patented design, the edge banding is suspended from holders, reminiscent of jackets on hangers, easily accessible and ready for use.

Moving Large Panels More Ergonomically

For removing panels from shelves and transporting them, the experts at OSTERMANN recommend the "Komfort Panel Carrier." It is characterized by a very high load capacity and low weight. The U-shaped steel bracket, to which the two clamping jaws are attached, is ideal for removing large panels from storage shelves. The self-adjusting and interchangeable clamping jaws can be attached at any height to chipboard, non-greasy metal sheets, plastic panels, plasterboard, or mineral panels, making them easy to transport, especially when straining your back.

Packaging and Transport Supplies

Packaging materials are essential in any workshop. Sustainable materials, meaning reusable or recyclable ones, should be preferred whenever possible. However, in some cases, stretch film is unavoidable. Depending on their needs, joiners and cabinetmakers will find a wide range of packaging and transport products at OSTERMANN, including hook and loop fasteners, adhesive tapes, transport and handling accessories such as tie-down straps, as well as protective covers and films.

Even More Ideas

For transporting large pieces of furniture, OSTERMANN offers a classic range of lifting and moving straps, as well as various transport trolleys. Another idea to make the job easier is to use the "Kipp-Boy" emptying device. It allows you to tip and pour liquids from containers or drums weighing up to 30 kg with precision, while protecting your back. The "Kipp-Boy" is a must-have in every workshop!

In addition to all the products mentioned above, at OSTERMANN, we have solutions in our range to meet every requirement.
